Job Description

A tech company local to Seattle, WA is looking for a Business Analyst who's primary roles and responsibilities will include working across the enterprise to enable and support strategic digital transformation initiatives through core data management solutions. You will drive to the heart of business problems to ensure the development of practical solutions and process improvements that consider all teams, initiatives, and long-term strategy. Collaborating with business units and IT teams, you will develop solution strategies related to Core Data Management. You will partner with business and technology partners to elicit, analyze, translate, and document requirements, and define measurable success criteria. Additionally, you will work with multiple stakeholders to define the optimal delivery approach based on current and future service capabilities and conduct user acceptance testing with business units. Effective communication and influence with key stakeholders will be crucial to support proposed strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions. You will translate desired business functionality into documented application requirements, identify areas of process improvement, and assist in driving internal change. Providing thought leadership on priorities, dependencies, and risks, you will gather, review, and analyze business and industry data. You will also guide the development of new process documentation, facilitate training for new processes, and maintain documentation regarding projects, processes, and operations.

Skills and Requirements

• BS/BA or equivalent work experience in IT related field

5+ years working experience as a business analyst or equivalent

Prior Core Data Management experience or exposure

Prior Data Governance experience or exposure preferred

ADO background.

Knowledge with working in PowerPoint

Strong negotiation skills at an enterprise level. Require to create compromise across different functions. null
